ל"ג בעומר הוא תאריך מלא משמעות..
אנו סופרים שבעה שבועות מפסח ועד חג מתן תורה, חג השבועות.
במהלך ימי ספירת עומר אנחנו לא עושים חגיגות גדולות, לא מתחתנים ולא קונים דברים חדשים.
לאחר 33 ימים אנו מצינים את התאריך ל"ג בעומר
ונהוג להדליק מדורות לזכר רבי שימעון בר יוחאי שהיה תלמידו של רבי עקיבא...
אז מי היה רבי עקיבא ? הוא היה רועה צאן שהחל ללמוד רק בגיל ארבעים, הוא כל כך אהב את הלימודים שהפך להיות רב גדול והיו לו 24000 תלמידים, חכמים ואהבי תורה רק שלא נהגו כבוד אחד בשני.
מספרים שהתלמידים חלו במחלה שהעציבה את רבי עקיבא והוא בחר פסוק אחד מהתורה שיהיה מעין השראה לכולנו "ואהבת לרעך כמוך" רבי עקיבא אומר שזה כלל גדול בתורה.
אנו עורכים את מדורות ותהלוכות ל"ג בעומר בסימן אחדות ישראל.
בימים אלה נתנהג יפה יותר, נכבד את ההורים ונהיה חברים נהדרים.

Lag Ba'Omer is a date full of meaning..
We count seven Shavuots from Pesach to the holiday of giving the Torah, the holiday of Shavuot.
We don't have big celebrations, we don't get married and we don't buy new things.
After 33 days we indicate the date 33 B'Omer
And it is customary to light bonfires in memory of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai who was a student of Rabbi Akiva...
So who was Rabbi Akiva? He was a shepherd who only started studying at the age of forty, he loved his studies so much that he became a great rabbi
And he had 24,000 students, sages and lovers of Torah, only they did not respect each other.
It is said that the students fell ill with an illness that saddened Rabbi Akiva and he chose one verse from the Torah that would be a kind of inspiration for all of us "Love your neighbor as yourself" Rabbi Akiva says that this is a great rule in the Torah.
We hold bonfires and processions of the 3rd Ba'Omer in the sign of the unity of Israel.
These days we will behave better, respect our parents and be great friends.
